Returns & Exchanges

At Rosie Etienne, we want you to feel as beautiful as you look in our designs; if your purchase isn't your perfect match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all luxury tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Rosie Etienne box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the security seal and garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
